ALBCONTROL has developed, put into operation and maintained an Integrated Management System including:

Single European Sky (SES) in accordance with European Regulation EU 2017/373;

Quality Management System in accordance with International Standard ISO 9001:2015;

Environmental Management System in accordance with International Standard ISO 14001:2015;

Information Security Management System in accordance with International Standard ISO/IEC 27001:2013;

Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with International Standard ISO 45001:2018;

IT Service Management System in accordance with International Standard ISO 20000-1: 2018;

In order to demonstrate to its interested parties, the ability of the ALBCONTROL to provide products and services that meet third parties’ requirements and apply to legal, and other contractual requirements (Albanian and EU requirements).

ALBCONTROL considers Safety, Quality and Security as one of its main responsibilities, and they are constantly given the highest priority over operational, environmental, social and commercial consideration.

ALBCONTROL constantly improves the quality of its services, processes and systems responding to the changing demands of the customers on time. This is achieved by implementing, maintaining and developing continually the Integrated Management System in conformity with the updated versions of ISO 9001 and international requirements involving the air navigation service provider. A crucial role in the establishment of the Integrated Management System is the involvement of the staff in all levels of organization.

In order to achieve the required levels of Safety, Quality and Security all the involved staff of ALBCONTROL:

• Correctly applies the regulations and procedures in order to ensure that the Safety, Quality and Security levels are achieved and maintained;
• Ensures that they are properly trained to obtain the necessary competence in their area of expertise;
• Report the occurrences, and any relevant mater that may jeopardize the Safety, Quality and Security, and for facilitating this ALBCONTROL has implemented a Just Culture Policy;
• Are encouraged to continuously make suggestions for the improvement of the Safety, Quality and Security standards of the services provided by ALBCONTROL.

Top management of ALBCONTROL is committed to the Integrated Management System and the Management Representatives are responsible for development and implementation of Integrated Management System and continually improving its effectiveness. Various systems and procedures established under the Integrated Management System emphasize organizational commitment for meeting customer, interested parties and statutory/regulatory requirements.
